My Current Skin Care Favorites

Recently I've been more strict about my skin care regimen, and it's been paying off. Skincare has always been a higher priority than make up products for me, and contributes to my self confidence. There is no better feeling than removing your makeup and cleansing your skin after a long day.

A couple of these products I do not use every single day, but a few times a week. I love using a clay masque as a spot treatment every few days, such as the Skin Ceuticals clarifying clay masque. I use my Clarsonic  Mia more often to exfoliate my skin-this pink Clarsonic Mia above is adorable- but my white one will have to make do. At night, before I use my Clarsonic, or cleanse my skin regularly, I use my make up eraser. This way my skin will get a deeper cleanse and my washcloth won't be covered with makeup after I cleanse my face. In addition, the make up eraser can easily be cleaned in the wash, and does not stain as a washcloth would. After removing my makeup and cleansing, I apply toner and my CeraVe moisturizer. I use any Serums, like this C E Ferulic one above. C E Ferulic is perfect for skin concerns such as aging skin, free radical Damage, sun damage, and hyper pigmentation. In the morning I follow a similar routine, although I stick to using Serums at night. I try to apply sunscreen every morning to prevent any sun damage, especially now that I will be outside more often during my golf season.

I've found many of these products through one of my favorite YouTuber's and Bloggers Alexandra Garza. She mentioned the ORA Microneedle Body Roller System in one of her recent vlogs. Garza talked about how the tiny needles create wounds in your skin, letting products sink into your skin and causing your skin to resurface faster, reducing acne scaring and dark spots. I'm hoping to try out this product soon and put it to the test. Let me know how these products work out, they have definitely been products worth repurchasing.
